Family Constellation

Our inherited emotional and behavioral imprints keep showing up in our lives, this information is encoded in our energy fields, DNA, and cellular memories, and affects our mental, emotional, and physical health. There are many different systems that we all operate in. If you are experiencing difficulties in your life, it may be due to blockages within one of these systems.

Unresolved trauma could be harming your life. If so, a constellation can offer a solution. Unresolved trauma, emotional or physical, can result in your body locking in negative energy which, if not released, can affect us in a variety of manners; unhealthy, disruptive life patterns, mental/physical illness, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, difficulty in relationships, to name a few. When we set up a constellation, traumas can be resolved and that blocked energy can be released. 

 

With a constellation, you can heal and evolve by connecting to your authentic self. We look at an issue you have as a starting point and then investigate how all aspects and people within this theme relate to you. Once you see how everything relates to each other, and where the pain points are, things begin to shift - they are automatically cleared and energy is released. A constellation can be set up for any system within your life; family, work, relationships, etc.

I offer constellations as a single session or as part of a three-day program.

Costs

A constellation session costs €110 per hour (on average a constellation session lasts 2 to 3 hours).
