Reiki
Reiki means universal life energy. This energy flows through every living being and ensures that you are and remain healthy. Personal experiences and events can cause this to become unbalanced. Reiki dissolves blockages and has a healing effect on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Reiki brings you closer to the essence of your true self.
During the treatment, Reiki energy is transmitted through certain hand positions to all-important energy points in your head, chest, abdomen, and back, and blockages are removed. The treatment works deeply through the body to your core. Your life energy becomes powerful again and comes into balance. You will feel better and the self-healing capacity of your body will start working optimally again.
Reiki remote/online
The treatments can also take place online at a distance. Reiki remote has the same advantages as a normal treatment in the practice. Just make sure you are in a pleasant and quiet environment where you can relax undisturbed.
Reiki for children
For children, Reiki is an ideal way to let them relax, give them a moment of rest, and be able to take distance from all the stimuli. After a few treatments, they feel better about themselves, and their self-confidence increases. They can indicate more clearly what they want and what not. Because of the relaxation, they are better able to deal with (exam) stress and/or fears.
